Our shirts are made to order by Printful. We ship within the United States only. Production happens before shipping; a shipping estimate is not the whole wait.
How long?
Printful generally estimates 2–5 business days to make a direct-to-garment shirt. Shipping takes additional time. Checkout shows the available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates . Estimates can change with demand, production problems or carrier delays; they are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Check the address before you pay.
Include your apartment or unit number. If you spot a mistake, email chris@skinus.com immediately with your order number. We can’t guarantee changes after production begins. Wrong addresses or unclaimed parcels can require paid reshipping.
No movement? No package?
Send us the order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate. See returns & refunds for claim deadlines. Don’t mail a return to our business address or a Printful facility without instructions.
The album doesn’t need a truck.
Digital albums are delivered by download after successful payment. No shipping charge. A mixed order can deliver the album before the shirt arrives.
